Nuno Scale / 12.2016

The Nuno Scale was initiated by an online competition; the brief being to design something within the realm of the internet of things [IOT].

The device simply keeps track of the weight of anything placed upon it and via a WiFi connection is capable of relaying this information. One can be notified once a target weight is reached with an alert being sent to their mobile device.

There are a multitude of applications for which the  Nuno Scale might be appropriate. From tracking a supply of food, prompting a re-stock to alerting when a receptacle in a home distillery is approaching capacity [two Nuno Scales were commissioned for this very application].
